If you do not have an existing Costco.com account, create one now. Each Digital Membership Card is tied to a specific Costco.com account.

A Costco Digital Shop Card is an electronic gift card that is sent via email and redeemed using your smartphone or by bringing a printed copy with you when you visit a Costco location. Costco Digital Shop Cards are available for purchase on Costco.com, and are issued for select promotions and a variety of other uses.

You’re always welcome to renew your membership in person—simply do so while you’re checking out at a Costco location, it’s that simple! If you prefer a phone call, the number is 1-800-774-2678. Anyone with a card can bring up to two guests to the Warehouse during each visit. Keep in mind that purchasing items is exclusive to Costco members. If you’re the Primary Member or Account Manager, you can assign your free household card to one other person in your home. That way they’ll also get the benefits of a Costco membership.
