Tesla Inc. is an energy + technology company originally from California and currently headquartered in Austin, Texas. Their mission is to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. They produce vertically integrated electric vehicles, batteries, solar, and AI software and hardware solutions.

I could use some advice regarding my investment in TSLA stock. I bought 66 shares at $194.40 each, but currently, I'm facing a loss of almost 15.79%, which amounts to nearly $2k down on this stock. Given the current condition of Tesla, I'm unsure whether to hold onto my shares and wait for a potential recovery or cut my losses and invest elsewhere.

Because yes, Tesla itself has a lot of long-term potential growth. I believe in the Tesla vision, not necessarily how it's being managed. But then when the stock market fluctuates because of post that Elon makes while being the CEO of Tesla, and it causes us to lose hundreds of dollars per share, that's a problem.

If Tesla makes a meaningful breakthrough with the Optimus robot next year, then who knows; that could boost the stock more than any car innovations. If Elon remains the face of both Twitter and Tesla, he seems poised to damage one or both companies in the coming years.
