2020年4月8日 · In reality there is a small break in the cable from the charger to the Surface. A slight movement of the cable can connect or disconnect it. All the faffing about with the freezer pack was just moving the cable around. The only fix is a new charger. Or I could take the thing apart, repair the cable and reassemble.

2019年6月6日 · surface pro 6 stopped recognizing the power supply and now the battery is dead and can't start. I had tested both the standard charger and the usb-c charging. I did remove the battery driver and it did recognize the power supply, but when I restarted and installed the driver again, it stopped. The usb-c charger shows solid white light.
