2014年1月1日 · Chemical states of Sm doped layered perovksite, SmBa 1−x Sr x Co 2 O 5+d (x = 0 and 0.5), have been investigated by X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS). Substitution of Sr in SmBa 1−x Sr x Co 2 O 5+d oxide system shifts the binding energy of Sm 3d 5/2 to the more positive side and the charge state of Sm remained Sm 3+.
