2021年10月10日 · M1070 has a LCD-2C like tuning, but you can apply Oratory1990's M1570 tuning to make them less dark. Also the M1070 is a bit more energetic sounding than the Sundara. The M1570 is the upgrade for either headphone, and I wear the 700g headphone all day, as the headband does a good job distributing the weight.

I’m finally happy with M1070 and no longer keep searching yearning for higher cost ones. I switch between he-4xx and M1070. If you can find either Sundara or M1070 at used prices, they are great find.

2021年11月1日 · With a balanced cable, you can use a 2.5mm female to 3.5mm male if you ever need to use the headphones in a 3.5mm port. Be careful. I tried to use the M1070 with other cables (Hifiman and Verum) and for some reason, it only worked with the stock one. Strangely enough, the M1070 cable worked with other headphones.

They both have about the same amount/quantity of bass but the M1070 has a better quality of bass. Although one thing I don’t think is mentioned is the weight, the M1060 is lighter and the M1070 is fairly hefty.
