2020年3月27日 — Open Device Manager. Expand Battery. Right-click on battery drivers available and select " uninstall devic e". Once done, restart your Surface to reinstall the drivers back successfully. If after restarting the Surface device, the battery 1 is still a 0%, then what I can highly recommend is to reset the device back to factory settings.

Once done,restart your Surface and check if the battery 1 is already charging. If it's still not charging, please run the battery report so we can further check if it's indeed a hardware battery issue already.

I was able to find a build 1703 recovery image hosted on Microsoft's site, and could install that without a problem. Device Manager then reported no errors with the firmware, though it was using an earlier version, version 1.0.0 , for all of the Surface components.
