港大研新技术分析细胞生长过程 助科研理解细胞发展及疾病演变
香港大学研发一个大型计算技术“StaVia”,并成功应用该技术分析斑马鱼胚胎从单细胞成长,发展为完整的生物体的过程,有助理解细胞生长及疾病发展情况。港大团队又指,虽然人类与斑马鱼存在明显差异,但人类基因实际上有7成与斑马鱼相同。技术未来有望用于基础生物学或基础研究,为生物学家和生物医学科学家了解细胞发展情况,甚至有望帮助解决老化等全球性问题。
