50 years after it was dedicated by Seward businessman Harold Davisson, what’s considered to be the “World’s Largest Time Capsule” will open to the public in Seward on July 4th.
Workers began emptying the time capsule vault in advance of the town's annual Fourth of July celebration. You can see the crypt on Saturday and Sunday.
