Manteca has a connection with Greg LeMond, the three-time Tour de France winner who was honored Wednesday with the Congressional Gold Medal for being one of the United States’ greatest bicycle racers of all time.

He said Greg LeMond is getting back to being the face of cycling in the United States. “The main thing, apart from the cycling, is it’s a really great story,” de Visé said.
