Los Angeles Golf Club became the first team to reach the playoffs of the newly-launched Tomorrow Golf League (TGL) with a stunning comeback win – much to the delight of tennis great Serena Williams.

Tomorrow's Golf League is back on Monday when the Los Angeles Golf Club takes on the New York Golf Club at SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

He who masters the flat stick has an edge in TGL. But he who throws the hammer at the right moment wins TGL. Monday featured two TGL matches, both of which featured a comeback and a crucial hammer throw.

Eleven schools in Kent are to become early adopters of the government's free school breakfast clubs from April. Schools in Ashford, Margate and Sevenoaks are among those chosen to pilot the new scheme,

Schools in Seaford, Eastbourne and East Grinstead are among those chosen to pilot the new scheme, which is expected to run from April until June before being expanded. The schools chosen for the trial are expected to offer a free breakfast to all pupils and at least 30 minutes of childcare before school.

Schools across north and west Cumbria are among the first to hold free breakfast clubs as part of a national rollout.
