The mother of a Georgia teenager charged with fatally shooting four people at his high school has been indicted in connection with an alleged domestic incident last year.

The incident in which an elderly woman was taped to a chair is apparently unrelated to the fatal school shooting a teen and his father from the same family are charged in.

A Georgia woman whose teenage son allegedly killed four people at Apalachee High School has been accused of taping her elderly mother to a chair, stealing her phone and damaging her home, according to a report.
