The Chicago Sky will honor former star Allie Quigley on Wednesday by retiring her number. Quigley's No. 14 will be the first jersey to be retired by the Sky organization. In a statement, Quigley said it was a dream to play for the WNBA and "to be able to play in Chicago for my hometown team? It doesn't get any better."
The WNBA is about to be bigger than ever. And for players such as Chicago Sky center and WNBPA secretary Elizabeth Williams, this growth is a sign of necessary change.

Hailey Van Lith hasn't exactly been lighting it up for the Chicago Sky in her first season in the WNBA. The former TCU standout has averaged just 12.6 minutes per contest as a rookie, putting up 4.0 points and 1.3 assists in 16 appearances off the bench this year.
