A recovery effort is underway after a tractor trailer’s cab plunged off the Delaware Memorial Bridge, smashing through a concrete wall and falling into the Delaware River. The driver is presumed dead.

Crews recovered the body of a truck driver who went missing early Friday morning when his tractor trailer cab crashed through a guardrail on the Delaware Memorial Bridge and fell into the water below.
