Sixers — and Joel Embiid — lag far behind last year’s showing entering All-Star break
The 76ers’ record at this stage of the season is a long way away from last year’s mark. Through 53 games a season ago, they were 32-21 and in fifth place in the Eastern Conference standings. Fast forward to Wednesday and the Sixers take a 20-33 record and 11th-place standing into their matchup against the Brooklyn Nets at the Barclays Center.
