Heritage Hill State Historical Park is a 56- acre living history state park with 27 historic and reproduction buildings. Our mission is to enrich the lives of others by sharing Northeast Wisconsin’s diverse cultural and historic ties that bind our communities together. Heritage Hill is open mainly from Memorial Day to Labor Day with special events, lecture series, and private event rentals year round.

Amanda, Unless we have an early snow, the park is open for Stroll through the Park, so there are no interpreters, but the grounds are open to walk. We are open Monday-Friday …

We have trams that drive through the park during the day. Currently, as we have school tours going on, there are no trams running--400 kids are hard to avoid! Trams will be available Saturday and Sunday, June 4 & 5 and 11 & 12, and then Tuesday through Sunday June 14 through Labor Day, September 5. The primary trams is also handicap accessible, with room for a wheelchair or non-foldable walker. We strive to make the majority of the park handicap accessible through the use of the trams, paved and/or level gravel pathways. Trams do not operate on Mondays, as there is no historic interpretation on those days. Buildings are only gated for viewing.
